This one day course/workshop is presented by Jools Coggon, an expert in e-commerce and marketing, who has worked as a director of an e-commerce plc and presented many lectures both at UK universities and internationally. She is also an artist, poet and a perfumer. Jools is well known for her creative and innovative style, as an entrepreneur,
academic and in business.
Your introduction into the tools and techniques of marketing begins with an interactive market research exercise which will help to get you in tune with the factors influencing customer choices and decision making covered on the day.
An interesting and informative collection of mini presentations follow, all of which involve attendee participation.
In the afternoon, with the help of your newly acquired marketing skills, you will define your own marketing mantra, marketing mix, and come up with a plan of action!
