Perfume Course Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is for Level One and Level Two Perfumery Courses. For
Lab Days there is a separate cancellation policy.

For a Perfumery Course that you have booked using a previously purchased
Cotswold Perfumery Voucher but want to cancel or book on a different date,
then providing you give us at least sixty full days notice, there will be no penalty
and you can either request an alternative date, a full Credit Note or a Refund.

All refunds are repayable to the purchaser of the Voucher.

If less than sixty days notice is given, then providing you give us at least twenty-one
full days notice, there will be a £15 Cancellation fee. This fee will be
deducted from any Credit Note or charged to you at the time of re-booking an
alternate date for a course with your Voucher.

Where cancellation or change of date request is received in less than twenty days
from the course date, or in the event of a “no-show”, your Voucher will be
cancelled and no refund will be paid unless the course is oversubscribed and we
successfully fill the place from our waiting list, in which case there will be a £15
cancellation fee as described above, which will be treated as if you had given us
twenty-one days notice.

It is therefore in your interest to give us as much notice as possible of cancellation or change of course date.

Should a course be cancelled due to illness of the Perfumer, a full refund will be
given to the purchaser.
